Prudence Demmler
	After performing as a Radio City Music Hall Rockette for 25 years, Prudy like many professional dancers found that the Gyrotonic® Expansion System was ideal for flexibility, strength, and circulation. She then received her certification from Sal Anthony’s Studio in Manhattan. She has been on staff at Symmetry Studio since 2001 and now that her two children are in college, is devoting her time to completing her Pilates certification. Prudy feels that as she lets go of the past, she finds that Pilates and Gyrotonic® are the was to keep her mind, body and spirit alive.
