Symmetry Studio is a hidden gem boutique fitness studio located in Southampton, NY. Opened in 1998 by Hamptons native founder Jeanette Davis Esposito, Symmetry Studio is an authentic pilates studio in the Hamptons. Our instructors have completed a rigorous training and certification program, and hundreds of hours of supervised training in the Pilates method. We also provide certified instruction in Gyrotonic®. Symmetry Studio offers Private and Semi-Private instruction by appointment only. Open 7 days a week. Virtual Zoom appointments available.
